Ampyard. Book a session

Independent music collective — est. 2019

Beat cultureLouder than words.

We cut records, run the stage and hand the mic to whoever has something worth saying. Two tracking rooms, one tape machine, no gatekeepers at the door.

What we are

The tape keeps running.

Ampyard started as a rented room with a borrowed console and a rule we still keep: if a verse is honest, it gets recorded the same night. Nine years later the console is ours, the room has a sister room, and the rule has not moved.

We sit between a label and a workshop. Artists keep their masters, we keep the lights on with studio work, live shows and brand sessions — and every third Thursday the room belongs to whoever signs up at the door.

What we do

Four rooms, four jobs

Record & mix

Tracking, comping, mix and master prep. Analog front end into a 48 kHz / 24-bit session, stems and a reference bounce back in your hands inside the week.

From 4,500 / day · engineer included

Live sets

Club nights, festival slots, rooftop sessions. Full rider, backline and a front-of-house engineer who travels with the crew and mixes the room, not the spec sheet.

40 – 90 min sets · 2 stage plots

Brand sound

Sonic identity, jingle beds and campaign tracks written to picture. Cleared for broadcast, social and in-store, with the licence terms written in plain language.

15s / 30s / 60s cutdowns

Open mic lab

A monthly cypher for unsigned writers. Sixteen bars, one take, a live beat from the resident producer — and a paid studio day for whoever lands the room.

Every third Thursday · free entry
